Raised in Memphis, Tennessee, exposure to a deeply rooted working-class car culture came early — a place where repairing vehicles wasn’t a pastime but a livelihood. That environment sparked my lifelong interest in vehicle electrical systems, especially how they fail, how vehicles are stolen (Memphis is rough!), and how to design smarter solutions in a cost effective way.
For the past 19+ years, I’ve worked as an OEM design engineer and other roles supporting vehicle and mobile equipment manufacturers, creating electrical systems used in vehicles produced in volumes ranging from 1 to 25,000 units per year. My work focuses on designs that function reliably in the real world and experience ranges from initial concept design, to production floor assembly thru field service.
I specialize in practical electrical design and documentation, including:
Proven 12V system designs built for durability
Helping shops document builds for consistency, training, and outsourcing
10+ years of wire harness design, documentation, and troubleshooting
Eliminating failure points before they become problems
Translating complex systems into clean, usable schematics
Whether you’re a shop owner looking to standardize builds or a builder trying to avoid costly mistakes, my goal is simple:
Give you a clear, practical electrical plan you can trust.
